AUTOCLAVE VERTICAL

Inner chamber, outer chamber, Ltd and ring completely made up of stainless steel sheets. Ltd will be leg lifting type filed type fitted with Wing nuts with suitable silicon gasket. The autoclave will have pressure gauge, safety valve, steam release valve and vacuum arrester, ISI marked industrial heating elements will be fitted. This autoclave will have suitable for a working pressure 0 to a 5 psi of steam operations on 230 volts, single phase A.C. Size 10” x 8” -1.5W.

HOT AIR OVEN – Digital

Double walled construction inner chamber made of stainless steel and outer made of mild steel and painted. The heaters are made from 80/20 grade BDH Nichrome wire sheathed with G.J Sheet. For this memmert type, the heaters will be placed on all the three sides for uniform best. The working temperature is 50 C to 250 C controlled by thermostatic with accuracy + 1 C Size: 14”x14x14”.

INCUBATOR –Digital

Double walled construction inner chamber made of stainless steel sheet, outer wall mild steel and painted. Working temperature 5C to above ambient to 110oC with an accuracy + 1oC by means of thermostats. A glass door also provided in placed on all three sides for uniform heat. Size 14”x14”x14”.

B.O.D INCUBATOR – Digital

Designed to maintain constant temperature for use in making standard BOD determination of water. Working temperature 5oC to 50oC with an accuracy + 0.5oC. Temperature will be controlled by electric controller and digital display with the time delay circuit. Inner chamber made of stainless steel sheet and outer wall mild steel and painted and necessary shelf arrangement will be provided. Size: 6 Cuft.

BINOCULAR MICROSCOPE

LAMINAR AIR FLOW– Horizontal Model

COLONY COUNTER – Digital

VACCUM PUMP

User friendly and maintenance free, easy oil changing, moisture trap and anti suction back system is provided. Rotary high vacuum pump oil sealed, laboratory tube single stage, pumping speed 50lits/min with 550RPM speed containing 0.2H.P Motor.

WATER STIL-Wall mounting type

Complete unit made from stainless steel sheet.Heating elements are kettle tube ISI marked and automatic ejection type in the event of failure of water supply. Rating of the heater is 2 litres capacity per hour.

WATER BATH – THERMOISTATIE

Inner chamber made of stainless steel, outer mild steel and painted. The rectangular water bath lid will have six holes of 75mm dia with concentric rings. ISI marked kettle elements are used. Water level elements are provided. Inner bath size: 350mm X 250mm X100mm.
